Supply, liability insurance for Herning Municipality

The offer relates to liability insurance to Herning Municipality.

The tender is conducted as a public tender.

The tenderer must declare that he is in possession of the Danish FSA's authorization to conduct insurance business in Denmark . The tenderer must confirm that the tenderer is not covered by the obligatory grounds for exclusion in section 135 (1) of the Public Procurement Act. 1 to 3 and 136. There will be exclusion of the bidder, the tenderer in case of final judgment is convicted or has taken a decision on matters as set out in section 135 (3) of the Public Procurement Act. 1 to 3 and - 136. The tenderer must also confirm that the bidder is not covered by the following voluntary grounds for exclusion, cf. the Procurement Act- 137: - The tenderer has breached applicable obligations in the area of environmental, social or labor law, cf. section 137 (1) of the Public Procurement Act. 1, no. 1 - The tenderer has been declared bankrupt or is under insolvency or liquidation treatment or the like, cf. section 137 (1) of the Public Procurement Act. 1, No. 2, - The tenderer in connection with the pursuit of his profession may be deemed to have committed seriousnessequal representations which are in doubt about the integrity of the applicant or tenderer, cf. section 137 (3) of the Public Procurement Act. 1, No. 3 - The tenderer has entered into an agreement for distortion of competition, cf. section 137 (1) of the Danish Public Procurement Act. 1, No. 4 - The tenderer has materially breached a previous public contract and the breach has resulted in the termination of the contract or similar sanction, cf. UdbSection 137 (3) of the Sale. 1, No. 5 - The tenderer has tried and wrongfully attempted to influence the decision-maker's decision-making process, has obtained confidential information that may give the offeror unfair advantages or grossly negligent misleading information that may have material influence on decisions regarding the exclusion, assessment of Minimum Requirements for Fitness, Selection elenders the award of a contract, cf. section 137 (3) of the Public Procurement Act. 1, No. 6, or

- The tenderer has unpaid debts of less than DKK 100, 000 to public authorities regarding taxes, taxes or social security contributions under Danish law or legislation in the country where the tenderer is established, cf. the Procurement Act - 137, para. 1 No. 7.
