Energinet wants to enter into an insurance agreement in the following area:

Energinet wants to enter into insurance contract for management and managerial liability insurance, primary cover.

Deposit of insurance services will meet Requirements in Utilities Directive 2014/25 / EU aF 26.2.2014 on purchases by companies in the water, energy, transport and postal sector.

All tenderers must be authorized to enter insurance risks as specified by the Danish FSA.

All tenderers who wish to submit tenders, must be pre-qualified by submitting the relevant European European Purchasing Document (ESPD) in accordance with the deadlines setis stated in the tender documents. The applicant must complete ESPD Parts II, III, IV, V and VI. The contracting entity may at any time in the tendering procedure require the tenderer to submit evidence to prove that there is no grounds for exclusion and that the minimum requirements for qualification have been fulfilled when necessary for the proper implementation of the procedure.
