The subject of public procurement is the insurance of property, liability and insurance of luggage for the years 2019 - 2023. BližšThe supplier proves according to - 77 (1) of the Act the fulfillment of his professional capacity in relation to the Czech Republic by submitting a commercial listing or other similarly to the registration, if another legal regulation requires such registration. Section 77 (2) of the Act proves that the professional capacity is fulfilled by submitting the document that it is entitled toin the extent of the subject of the public procurement, to carry out insurance activities and related activities and therefore to submit: • the Czech National Bank authorization to conduct insurance business in the scope of non-life insurance business under Act No. 277/2009 Coll., on insurance or similarly authorized to conduct business, related to insuranceand reinsurance activities
