It is the residents and the boards chosen by residents who decide in Lejerbo Kolding.
Lejerbo Kolding currently owns over 3 600 lejemal, all lejemal are covered by this offer.
The approx. 3 600 lejemal mainly consists of alm. family homes and a small number of residences, nursing homes, youth housing, owner associations and institutions - including sublease and commercial leasing.
