- Building, letting and contract insurance.

Tenderers must declare that they are legally authorized to carry out insurance activities in Denmark, cf. Part IV. A.2 in ESPD.

Declare whether or not the tenderer is subject to objective exclusion reasons as listed in the ESPDIII points A and B.
