The application form must be submitted in duplicate together with the aptitude documents in a sealed envelope (fax or e-mail are not permitted). The documents should be

only solvablebe stapled (not bound, no spiral binding etc). The envelope must be marked clearly with the note "Application form for building insurance storm / hail,

tap water or enclosed sticker.

Questions or comments on the tender documents, participation forms, interest confirmations or tenders are to be sent by post or e-mail to ten at the latest Kalende(receipt) to the contracting authority 1 before the expiry of the deadline for submission of tenders. Much communication as well as voting with persons outside the awarding authority 1 are inadmissible. Up to six calendar days before the expiry of the offer period, the client will publish details / changes to the service description on the Internet at www.muenchen.de/vgst1, All concretisations / changes published by contracting entity 1 for a tendering procedure are part of the tender documents.
