The purpose of the contract is the conclusion of insurance contracts in the field of motor vehicle risks, property risks in relation to buildings, inventory and electronics as well as accident risks and liability risks and art exhibitions with effect from 1.1.2019.

The contract will be tendered in 6 lots. Wed.The IHK Akademie Muenchen and Oberbayern gGmbH and BIHK Service GmbH are insured in the area of liability risks. The contracts are governed by German law, in particular the Insurance Contract Act (VVG) and the Insurance Supervision Act (VAG). The contract and claims settlement takes place in German language. With the conclusion of an insurance contract no Nachschussvobligations directly or indirectly (eg through membership rules in a mutual insurance association).

Short description for the lots: 1. Lot 1 motor vehicle insurance (third party liability, comprehensive insurance and business travel insurance): approx. 15 vehicles and approx. 400, 000 business trips -km pa;

Lot 2 Building and contents insurance: sum insured approx. EUR 145 million;

lot 3: Eelectronics insurance: insured sum approx. EUR 6.5 million;

lot 4: accident insurance: 26 persons;

lot 5: 0 office / academy / hotel business with approx. 650 employees;

lot 6: art exhibition insurance Contract duration per lot is at least 1 year, preferably 3 years. After that, the contracts, if they are not properly canceled, extend from year to year.

Bieternal communities are allowed. However, consortia have to declare with the offer that the merger will not give rise to competition-relevant competition restrictions and to state the reasons for the merger.
