: Provision of insurance services in lots

This contract includes the assignment of 4 separate lots of insurance services through which you are seeking:

Main Site: REPUBLIC OF BULGARIA

- Providing insurance coverage against indicated risks to 1046 people for their reduction / increase), during the performance of their official duties under Artas well as the Ordinance on Compulsory Insurance of Employees for the Risk of Accident at Work,

The participants in the procedure, as required by Art.12 of the Insurance Code, must are in possession of a valid license / authorization issued by a competent authority to perform an insuranceactivity within the territory of the Republic of BULGARIA, the scope of which shall include the types of insurance covered by the separate lot for which the offer is submitted and the foreign persons a similar document according to the legislation of the Member State in which they are established. is maintained for the entire duration of the contract.

A participant submitting an offer for participationis for more than one lot, it must hold a license / authorization to carry out insurance activity on the subject of each of the lots.

To prove the selection criteria for preparing and submitting a tender, the participant shall fill in: Part IV: "Selection criteria ", section A:" Fitness ", point 2) of a Single European Public Procurement Document (EEDOP).67, para. 5 and para. 6 PPL, the participant selected for the contractor shall submit:

a certified true copy of a valid license / authorization issued by a competent body for carrying out insurance activity on the territory of the Republic of Bulgaria, the scope of which shall include the types of insurance, subject of the separate item for which a tender was submitted, and the foreign persons - analdocumentary evidence according to the law of the Member State in which they are established • Documents are also submitted to subcontractors and third parties, if any, and applicable • No requirements are required. 6. Reason. item 2, assigned under art. 20, para 4, item 3 of the PPA, has as object: ref. to third persons of the personnel of the BST using firearms for security purposes, volume - cover for 7 employees, value - 3000 BGN without VAT
