Partial offers are permitted1) An appeal can be lodged against this call within 10 days of the date of publication by the Administrative Court of the Canton of Aargau, Obere Vorstadt 40, 5001 Aarau. The standstill of the time limits according to civil procedure law does not apply;
2) The complaint must be submitted in writing and must contain an application and a reason.
