Providers must-be authorized by the Prudential Supervisory Authority (ACPR) for the risks of the present consultation, possibly with intermediaries approved by Orias. The management centers can not participate in the management of the present public market if they do not hold the approval of the Orias. Economic operators, insurance organizations that carry and provision risks-technical, must hold the French administrative authorization for the distribution of the insurance operations of the branches relating to the present consultation or the code of the mutualite according to the statute of the candidate. The insurance intermediaries may participate in the consultation only as manager of the insurance contract, but they do not hold the public market:-this quality general agents, brokers or brokerage firms. The insurer is bound by the acts of an intermediary when he presents insurance transactions on his behalf as an agent (Article L 511-1 of the Insurance Code).
