Accreditation by the Insurer, ie: insurance approved in France by the Prudential Control and Resolution Authority (ACPR): provide a codocuments proving that the insurer carrying the risk holds the approvals of the branches of insurance necessary to guarantee the risks for which it responds (or an attestation from the supervisory and resolution authority). in France in the context of the European passport (freedom to provide services or free establishment): provide a copy-the approval obtained from the ACPR in the insurance branch corresponding to the guarantees to be covered.
