CPV Description: The subject of the public procurement is the insurance of the property of the Bulgarian National Radio, which consists of 23 buildings and movable property stored in the BNR building and stored in a mobile recording studio. For insurance amount on real estate insurance, public state property, and sufor the movable property located in the BNR building and in the mobile recording studio, the balance values are shown separately in Annex 1 and Annex 2 part of Section II "Technical specifications and requirements for the performance of the public procurement" from the documentation for participation. The total insurance amount, or actual value of the insurance contract, should be acceptedshall be the territory of the Republic of Bulgaria.

Subject of the public procurement is insurance of the property of the Bulgarian National Radio, which consists of 23 the number of buildings and movable property stored in the building of the Bulgarian National Radio and stored in a mobiletunio. The insurance amount for real estate insurance, public state property and the sum for the movable property located in the building of the Bulgarian National Radio and in the mobile recording studio, are shown separately in Appendix 1 and Annex 2 part of Section II "Technical specifications and requirements for the performance of the public procurement "from the documentation for participation-insurance amount, or actual value of the insurance contract, the said general one should be accepted in Annex 1 and Annex 2. The insurance shall be with territorial coverage for the Republic of Bulgaria. The participant must be an insurer within the meaning of Art. 12 of the Insurance Code (State Gazette No. 102 of 29.12.2015, in force since 1.1.2016) and to hold-valid on the date of submission of the offer a license to carry out activity on the territory of the Republic of Bulgaria for insurance for the classes of insurance included in the insurance cover for which he / she applied, issued by the Financial Supervision Commission under the procedure of the Insurance Code and for the insurers on the other a Member State, a license issued by a competent authority of the Member State, which have been established, valid on the date of submission of the offer, be entered in the register under Art. 30, para. 1, item 9 of the Financial Supervision Commission Act - The circumstance shall be certified in Part IV, Section A, item 2 of EEDOP, indicating information about the fact that it holds a valid license to carry out activity on the territory of the Republic of Bulgaria insurance for insurance classescovered by the insurance cover for which it is applying, issued by the Financial Supervision Commission under the Insurance Code, and for insurers from another Member State - a license issued by a competent authority of the Member State in which they are established valid on the date upon submission of the offer, be entered in the register under Art. 30, para. 1, item 9 of the Financial Supervision Commission ActIn the cases of Art. 67, para. 5 and para. 6 of the PPL, the requirement shall be evidenced by the presentation of a certified copy of a valid license to carry out activity on the territory of the Republic of Bulgaria for insurance for the classes of insurance covered by the insurance cover for which it has applied, issued by the Financial Supervision Commission under the procedure of the Insurance Code, and for insurers from another country, - a license issued by a competent authority of the Member State in which they are established valid on the date of submission of the tender is entered in the register under Art. 30, para. 1, item 9 of the Financial Supervision Commission Act

The Contracting Authority does not impose requirements for the economic and financial standing of the participants in the tender procedure. The participation in the procedure is removeda participant for whom any of the circumstances under Art. 54, para. 1, Art. 55, para. 1, items 1, 3, 4 and 5 of the Public Procurement Act; a participant representing a company registered in a preferential tax jurisdiction or controlled by such a company as well as a participant in which any of the members of the grouping is a company registered in a preferential tax jurisdiction orThe information about the absence or presence of circumstances under item 1 shall be filled in EEDOP in Part III, Section A, B, C, D.

2. The Contracting Authority will remove from participation in the procedure: (a) a candidate or participant who does not meet the selection criteria or fails to fulfill another condition specified in the contract notice or in the documentation;-a tender which does not correspond to: - the previously announced terms of the contract, - rules and requirements relating to environmental protection, social and labor law, applicable collective agreements and / or provisions of international environmental, social and labor law, which are listed in Appendix 10 to Art. 115 of the PPL;

c) a participant who has not submitted the justification in due time-under Art. 72, para. 1 of the Public Procurement Act or whose justification has not been adopted on the basis of Art. 72, para. 3-5 of the Public Procurement Act; (d) participants who are related parties within the meaning of - 2, item 45 of the Public Procurement Act. Participants can obtain the necessary information on the obligations relating to taxes and social security, environmental protection, employment protection and working conditions in force in the Republic of Bulgaria and relevant to the services and-the construction covered by the contract, as follows:

4. When signing a contractthe successful tenderer shall submit a performance bond to the extent of 3% of the value of the public contract without VAT. The guarantee shall be submitted in one of the forms provided in Art. 111, para. 5 in the PPL. The form of payment is settled in the draft contract, an integral part of the procurement documentation.
