Thisted Water A / S. Wants to enter into one or more insurance contracts beforefor the following areas:
Thisted Vand A / S intends to enter into an insurance agreement for all risks of business insurance.
Tenderers must declare that they can legally carry out insurance business in Denmark, cf. Section IV.A.2 of the ESPD.
Declare whether the tenderer is covered by objective grounds for exclusion or not, as listed in Part III, points A and B of the ESP.
Also, the insurance undertaking must declare-if they live for the following reasons for exclusion, which in the ESPD document are categorized as voluntary but due to Danish conditions, are mandatory: cf. Part III, point C. Conflicts of interest as a result of participation in the procurement procedure. Direct or indirect involvement in the preparation of this tendering procedure, Cancellation or a similar sanction.
