Insurance of PPP of the Ministry of Defense, the structures of the direct subordination of the Minister of Defenseand the Bulgarian Army for 2019. The order has two distinct items, detailed in this announcement:

Insurance of PPP of the Ministry of Defense, the structures of the direct subordination of the Minister of Defense and the Bulgarian Army with compulsory insurance Motor Third Party Liability and Motor Vehicle Accident Insurance in 2019the insurer insures 9676 pcs. PPS with Motor Third Party Liability Insurance and 7785 vehicles subject to insurance with Motor Vehicle Accident. The Contracting Authority reserves the right to change the number of PPPs specified in this section of the notice by up to 2% and the latter may be increased or decreased prior to the conclusion of the insurance contract. The contracting entity's requirements for insurance are set out in Service Specification C94.1217.12 and the contract award documentation.

The participant must provide information on the possession of a valid authorization to perform insurance business on the subject matter of this order issued by a competent authority under rthe provisions of the Insurance Code. The participant refers to the above mentioned information in the ENEDOP (Part Four "Selection Criteria, Section A - Suitability") and indicates a public register containing the declared circumstance The Participant designated as the Contractor shall submit to the Contracting Authority this document before concluding the contract pursuant to Article 67, paragraph 6 of the PPAto be exquisite and under the conditions of Art. 67, para. The Contracting Authority shall remove from participation in the procedure any participant for whom there are grounds for removal, related to the personal condition of the participants, as follows:
