Method of formation of the offered price and payment:

Offerand each participant must include a unit price of the insurance premium for all types of insurance and the total amount of the insurance. premium at the time of the conclusion of the contract. Minimum level: for carrying out insurance activity according to Art. 12 of the CP. License availability hbut performing an insurance activity in accordance with the subject matter of this contract relating to all types of insurance covered by this order issued by the relevant competent authority - the Financial Supervision Commission. This must be valid for at least the duration of the procurement contract.

Note: The participant fills in Section A "Fitness" of Part IV "Criteria for SubmissionPending approval of the contract, the contracting authority requires the following contractor to provide the following documents (to prove the suitability to exercise a professional activity):
