Open procedure for the assignment of the insurance consultancy and brokerage service for the National Assistance Service for the Staff of the National Fire Brigade Corps

Entrusting the insurance advisory and insurance brokerage service for the National Operative Assistance for the National Fire Brigade Corps, consisting mainly of the indirectthe organization in identifying the most suitable insurance products to meet the needs of coverage of its risks, assistance in the phases of negotiation, stipulation, execution and maintenance of insurance contracts.

Service assignment consultancy and insurance brokerage for the National Nazi Body of Assistance for the Nazi Corpsof the Fire Brigade, consisting mainly of directing the company in identifying the most suitable insurance products to meet the needs of coverage of its risks, assistance in the phases of negotiation, stipulation, execution and maintenance of contracts insurance, in particular the Broker will have to deal with the management of the following insurance branches:health policy for all staff of the National Fire Brigade, insurance policies for buildings and cars owned by the Agency

The contract is awarded on the basis of the most economically advantageous bid criterion identified on the basis of the best quality / price ratio pursuant to art. 95, paragraph 2, of the D.Lgs. 50/2016 - The scores will be awarded by a commission appointed by the Body pursuant to art. 77 of the Code, on the basis of evaluation criteria and sub-criteria and relative weights and sub-weights through the application of the compensating aggregative method, subject to verification of abnormally low tenders in compliance with the conditions set forth in art. 97 of Legislative Decree 50 / 2016.

They are at the expense of the aggthe contractor, the tax burdens and all the expenses related to the publication of the call for tenders pursuant to art. 216, paragraph 11, of Legislative Decree 50/2016, which must be reimbursed to the contracting authority within 60 days from the award as specified in the Specifications.
