Supplying MR-DR 19/4 Distribution Stations, MRS Measuring / Adjusting Stations 4100, 4250, 4400 and 4650 Bids are requested for purchase.

Economic operators involved in the process of concluding this contract are required to practice commercial or industrialor craft-related activity.

Economic operators established in a Member State of the European Union are required to be registered in one of the professional or commercial registers kept in their country of establishment or to satisfy any other requirement set out in the Annex XI to Appendix A to Law 4412/2016. In caseeconomic operators established in a Member State of the European Economic Area (EEA) or third countries which have acceded to the GPA or third countries which do not fall under the foregoing and have concluded bilateral or multilateral agreements with the Union on award procedures public contracts are required to be registered in the respective professional or commercial registers. Theeconomic operators established in Greece are required to be registered with the Chamber of Commerce or Industry or Commerce.

Economic operators are required to have a minimum overall annual turnover equal to half (1/2) of the budget of each segment for which they are bidding. per year for the last three years (ie 2016, 2017, 2018).

If the business operatesfor a period of less than three years, the minimum overall annual turnover shall be equal to half (1/2) of the budget of each section for which they bid, per year for the years in which it operates.

If an economic operator submits bid for more than one section, the requirement for the minimum total annual turnover shall be added toall the requirements of each tendered part.
