Within the scope of the "Left Bank Purchasing Co-operation" the Erftverband takes over the Call for tender "Framework contract for the supply of Nivus metrology equipment 2019-2020 with option to 2021-2022"-for the participating associations LINEG / Niersverband / StEB / WVER / EV.

As part of the "Left Bank Purchasing Co-operation", the Erftverband accepts the tender "Rahmenvertraabout the delivery of Nivus metrology items 2019-2020 with option to 2021-2022 "for the participating associations LINEG / Niersverband / StEB / WVER / EV.

The duration of the framework contract is 2 years with the option for extension of 2 years.

The delivery is free domicile to various delivery points of the association according to the tender documents ("delivery times_anlieferadressen.pdf").

FueFor the creation of material strains, corresponding data in BME CAT, CSV or similar formats must be made available to the contractor on request at short notice.

A possible access to an electronic catalog via an OCI interface would be desirable.

Extract from the Central Trade Register or, in the case of foreign bidders, an equivalent certificate from their country of origin must be submitted as requested.

Sufficient insurance cover (at least EUR 2 million, 2-fold optimized) over EUR 2 million EUR. Proof must be provided upon request (siehe proof list).
