MPE Refrigeration installation and refrigeration VELF, BKP 246.02

On the campus of the health of the University Hospital Basel, a new refrigeration control center is being built in the building complex ZLF / VELF for the process cold water supply. Within the scope of this invitation to tender, the new on-site refrigeration machines (approx. 2 x 2.0 MW) will be connected to the existing Kaelteringclosed. In addition, a complete back-up system including a back-cooler and a ventilation system for the HFO-Kaeltezentrale will be realized.

On the Campus der Gesundheit of the University Hospital Basel, a new refrigeration center will be created in the building complex ZLF / VELF for the process cold water supply. In the context of this tender the newOn-site refrigeration machines (about 2 times 2.0 MW) connected to the existing Kaeltering. In addition, a complete R-ckkuehlsystem including R-ckkuehler and a ventilation system for the HFO-Kaeltezentrale realized.

Remedy: against this tender can within 10 days, of the Veroefpublished in the Canton Basel-Stadt Canton, filed with the Administrative Court of Basel-Stadt, Baeumleingasse 1, 4051 Basel, in writing. The recursive letter must contain an application and its reason. The contested decision must be attached. The evidence must be specified and as far as possible enclosed.

Deadline / Remarks: The offers pfully completed in a sealed envelope with the inscription "Submission: Refrigeration VELF / Energy Master Plan" and with the remark "Do not open" and must be submitted to the Submission Office no later than the specified submission deadline. The offers can be sent by mail (date of the postmark is not decisive) or on weekdays from 9:00 am to-12.00 clock and from 14.00 clock to 17.30 clock at the Submissionsstelle (at the Klingelbergstrasse 23, 4031 Basel, 3rd floor) are delivered.
