Suitability is indicated in the list of the Association for the Pre-qualification of Construction Companies e. V. (Praequalifikationsverzeichnis) or self-explanations acc. If the offer of a non-qualified tenderer is shortlisted, the certificate given in the form "Self-declaration of suitability" is to be submittedwithin 6 calendar days of being requested. If the tenderer refers to the abilities of other companies to fulfill the contract, the respective number in the pre-qualification list or the declarations and certificates according to the form "self-declaration of suitability" must also be submitted to these other companies on requestCertificates of eligibility (in accordance with -- 6a EU, 6b EU VOB / A), which are in the form of recognized pre-qualification certificates (eg HPQR), are admitted and recognized if the certificates of qualification in form and content comply with the requirements Proof of suitability is required.
