Rental and maintenance of a digital printing solution for Carsat Midi-Pyrenees

Le present The object of the contract is the rental and maintenance of a digital printing solution to replace the 2 current copiers, taking into accounte the evolution of the constant volumes of reprography and ensuring continuity of service (in case of unavailability of a machine, production must not be stopped).

Main Site: Headquarters of Carsat Midi-Pyrenees at Toulouse.

The purpose of this contract is the rental and maintenance of a digital printing solution to replace the 2 current copiers, taking into account theevolution of the constant volumes of reprography and taking care of the continuity of service (in case of unavailability of a machine, the production should not be stopped).

The candidates must carry out a visit of the premises in order to take note of the constraints of dimensions of the premises. the visit is compulsory and is fixed on 27.1.2020 at 10:00. A certificate of visit will be given to chaque candidate who must attach it to his offer. candidates must register with Mr. Jean-Michel Boyals by email at jean-michel.boyals@carsat-mp.fr Applicants will present themselves at the headquarters of Carsat, 2 rue Georges Vivent in Toulouse (31100). The successful service provider may not claim any lack of knowledge of the premises to justify additional costs which do not'' would not have been brought to his attention. A candidate who has not made the visit will be eliminated.
