Works related to completing the installation of a gas turbine set for the purposes of the construction of a CCGT unit at Elektrociepłownia Stalowa Wola SA

The subject of the order is to complete the installation of the gas-steam unit of the gas-steam block in Elektrociepłownia Stalowa Wola SA along with all devices and installationthose that were included in the scope of supply of the gas turbine set manufacturer (General Electric Energy Products France SNC, hereinafter: "GE SNC"). The Contractor's work will be carried out under the supervision of the representatives of the entity (General Electric Global Services, GmbH, hereinafter: "GE"), which on the basis of a separate agreement will guarantee the completed devices / installations.

The subject of the order is to complete the gas-steam unit of the gas-steam unit in the Stalowa Wola S.A Combined Heat and Power Plant together with all devices and installations included in the scope of gas turbine manufacturer's supply, i.e. GE SNC. The Contractor shall carry out all work under the supervision of GE representatives. GE will provide a guarantee that it will be completeddevices / installations based on a separate agreement. The Contractor will be required to provide a guarantee for the scope of his own services and deliveries under the terms of the SIWZ. In the scope of the Contractor's obligations, there will be: assembly of equipment / installations that have not been installed so far, and were in the scope of supply of the turboset supplier, as well as the correction of the equipment and installations, already completedaccording to GE representatives' guidelines. In the scope of the Contractor's obligations, there will also be a supplementary supply of missing materials (eg cables, pipe sections, flanges, bolts, nuts, gaskets, thermal insulation materials) and supplementary documentation necessary to complete the installation of the gas turbine set-up and participation in start-up under the investment "DokoCompleting the construction of a CCGT unit at Elektrociepłownia Stalowa Wola SA "

A detailed description of the subject of the order is included in the Terms of Reference (hereinafter" SIWZ ").

Contractors may apply for granting the order, who: a) meet the conditions for participation in the proceedings referred to in points III.1.2) and III.1.3) of this announcement, and

b) are not subject to exclusion from progressbased on art. 24 sec. 1 point 12; Art. 24 sec. 1 point 13 lit. a) -c); Art. 24 sec. 1 point 14, if the person referred to in this provision has been convicted of an offense referred to in art. 24 sec. 1 point 13 lit. a) -c); Art. 24 sec. 1 point 15 to 23 of the PPL and para. 5 point 1), 2), 3) and 4) Pzp.

Contractors who are in an economic situation may apply for the order to be awardedfinancially ensuring the execution of the order, i.e.: (a) have funds or creditworthiness of no less than PLN 1, 000, 000 or the equivalent of this amount in another currency.

In the case when documents submitted by the Contractor to confirm the fulfillment of the condition regarding the economic situation and financial as described above will indicate the amount of financial funds or zdIn the case of the Contractors jointly applying for the award of the order, the above condition must be met jointly by all Contractors in the currency other than PLN, using the average NBP exchange rate of the given currency in relation to the PLN published on the day of the deadline for submitting bids. . b) whose average net sales revenues (yearly incomes)net chunks determined on the basis of position A of the profit and loss account) in the last three years, and if the period of business is shorter in this period, amounted to not less than PLN 3, 500, 000 or the equivalent of this amount in another currency - in the case of contractors with revenues in a currency other than PLN, it is necessary to calculate net sales from a given fiscal year atusing the rate being the average of the average NBP exchange rate of a given currency in relation to PLN from the beginning and end of a given financial year.

In the case of Contractors jointly applying for the order, the above condition must be met by at least one of the Contractors jointly applying for the order. . Due to the limited number of characters that can be entered into thisannouncements The Contracting Authority indicates that the list of statements and documents confirming the fulfillment of the conditions for participation in the procedure and the lack of grounds for exclusion has been specified in the SIWZ. 2 The Contractor is bound by the offer for a period of 60 days. 3. The requirements regarding the form of offers and the rules for their submission have been specified in SIWZ 4. Due to the schedule for the construction of a gas-steam block inElektrociepłownia Stalowa Wola S.A., including the subject of the order, and thus the purpose of the Employer, which is the concentration of submitted documents and the fastest possible conduct of the subject proceedings, the Ordering Party uses Art. 26 par. 2f Pzp and calls on contractors to submit with the offer statements and documents indicated in point 10 (except items 10.3), 11 and 12 SIWZ 5. Orderindicating that he will use the reversed procedure provided for in Article 24aa Pzp.
