The National Veterinary School of Alfort (ENVA) is a Establishment Higher Education and Research Public Administration (EPA) which trains about 800 students and ise by about 400 teaching-research, administrative and technical staff. On all of its 3 sites, the ENVA has nearly 60, 000 m of gross floor space distributed over 36 buildings. Significant real estate restructuring work began in 2015 and must continue for a dozen years. Many premises (meeting rooms, amphitheaters, TD rooms, etc.)are currently equipped with materials to enable the broadcasting of digital content (TV / videoprojector, speakers, microphones, etc.) but almost all rooms are without professional equipment for videoconferencing, webconference and recording / recording.

Main Site: Maisons-Alfort.

The present consultation must allow the contracting authority to identify a partner forr accompany it in a global audiovisual planning plan to deploy a modern and shared videoconference, webconference and capture / recording system. The objective of this procedure is to: define a global technical strategy (choice of technologies, types of materials, protocols, etc.) perennial and rational centered on the pooling of a maximum of eqand ease of use and administration of the system. In addition to this strategy, candidates will have to offer two hosted services: a videoconference bridge compatible with a maximum of technologies as well as a robust webconference / streaming broadcast service capable of ensuring an international distribution of content. Make detailed proposals andfigures for the layout of an amphitheater of 200 seats and an administrative meeting room all 2 classes historical monuments as well as 4 meeting rooms with transversal vocations (administrative, teaching, research) and an operating room. Specify a contractual framework for future projects.

The operator produces in support of his application, the following documents:

- destatement concerning the overall turnover of the candidate and the turnover in the market sector, covering at most the last 3 financial years available according to the date of the creation of the undertaking or the beginning of the activity of the economic operator, insofar as information on these turnover figures is available.

Criterion for judging applications:Nominations are for verification of the ability to bid on candidates. Candidates who do not have the necessary professional, technical and financial capacities in relation to the requested capacities will not be admitted: references in close contexts (higher education and research, administrative public institutions) are favoredr. Technical means available to the candidate (tools available to the candidate to lead and pilot such projects). Human resources (overall numbers, titles of study). Pieces to provide:
