The contracting authority does not wish to impose any form of grouping on the successful tenderer.

No variation is allowed. The

-shall take effect upon notification and shall terminate upon the definitive receipt of the work. The overall timeframe for carrying out all the services which will take place in 2 phases is 21 months (including the 2-month preparation period). This period shall begin on the date fixed by the service order issued to the holder of each lot, prescribing the start of work for phase 1. LThe period of each phase is as follows:

- phase 1: 13 months from the date fixed on the service order,

- phase 2: 8 months from the date fixed on the service order issued to the outcome of phase 1.

The implementation period for each lot is within the 21-month implementation period.

The work will be executed according to the phasing and scheduling provided in the detailed scheduleThe execution referred to in Article 5.3 of the SCC. As an indication, the work could start during the month of July 2018.

The provisional schedule of implementation referred to the CCAP is provided in the appendix of this document.

The envelopes must reach their destination before the deadline for receipt of tenders indicated on the cover page of this document.
