Works of kitchen installations to be carried out in connection with the construction of a CNIS National Fire and Rescue Center (zone 1) at 3, Kockelscheuer boulevard in Luxembourg-Gasperich

Scope of work:

Main Site: 3, boulevard Kockelscheuer in Luxembourg-Gasperich.

Scope of work:

- 300c production kitchenopen for a canteen,

- cold rooms of 75 m with refrigeration system of 16 kW,

- semi-professional kitchen of 90 seats for professional firefighters.

- Minimum number of staff of the economic operator occupies in the trade concerns: 12 persons,

- minimum annual turnover in the business concerns for the last legally available exercise: EUR 1 190 000,

- nominimum number of references for similar works and of the same nature: 5 references. These references must be supported by certificates of good execution. The list and the specifications can be retrieved on the website www.marches.public.lu

There will be no mailing slip. Offers made on non-dumped forms on the site named above, are not takenin consideration. Direction of the architect of the City of Luxembourg, 3, rue du Laboratoire (2 floor), L-1911 Luxembourg-Bonnevoie. The site visit is left to the discretion of the bidders. The tenders bearing the registration are to be returned to the address provided for the opening of the tender in accordance with the laws and regulations on the public markets before the datet Time fixed for opening.

Start of work on site: 17.6.2019.

Duration of the contract is 221 days worked divided into the following periods (detail and overlapping see schedule):

- phase: 100 days worked (studies, workshop and assembly plans, material control)

- implementation and execution of on-site work: 100 days worked in phases over time.
