Case 19s0598 - Realization of videos for the Grand Est Region

As part of its communication, the Region of Greater East produces and broadcasts various videos on the whole of these networks: YouTube, website, internal site, social networks and during events etc. These videos can be of varioustypes: interview, reportage, motion design, capture, etc. and of various durations: from less than a minute to more. In this context, the region needs to engage the services of service providers capable of producing the videos in order to highlight the territory and the actions of the region. These videos will be broadcast on all of the media mentioned above.

It will be entrustedto the holders, all or part of the conception, the preproduction (synopsis, scenario, storyboard, casting, tracing, etc.), the production / the shooting (technical and human means), the post-production (editing, titling, dressing, calibration, mixing, etc.) for the realization of videos and / or live live events.

Different types of productions may be requested:n Motion Design or in images or both, production of raw or edited images, short video: news, interview or advertising capsule, longer video: corporate film and live video broadcast. the offers of the candidates having the capacities required for the execution of the market will be taken into account. These capabilities will be appreciated in relation to the documents and refollowing information to be provided by the candidates:

In respect of the legal capacity:

- the duly signed declaration of honor (document provided in the consultation file, DC1 or equivalent) justifying that the candidate did not enter in any of the cases bids to bid, is not subject to an exclusion measure (for concealed work, bargaining, illicit laboror employment of foreigners without a working permit, and non-respect of the protective rules of detached workers), is not in receivership (failing production of the copy of the judgment (s) pronounced),

- the document relating to the power to bind the candidate up to the amount of his offer of prize, if the person signing the documents is the legal representative of the candidate.e overall turnover achieved over the last 3 financial years available
