CPV Description: Consultancy services to support the City of Athens in complying with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

The subject of the contract is to provide specialized advisory services, in support of the City of Athens inThe main contractor will perform the following tasks on a task-by-case basis:

EU1) Impact, design and implementation study to comply with the new European GDPR Regulationin accordance with the GDPR General Regulation, and in particular Article 5, Article 6, Article 7, Article 8, Article 9, Article 10 and Article 11, necessary studies should be carried out on how to collect and the rationalization of the physical file, and the infrastructure that will be required for the digitized file. In this section, all eactions to be taken, for studies on the proper functioning of the Municipality after the digitization of the archives

EU2) Data logging, logging and categorization services based on the General European Regulation GDPR

The implementation of EU studies .1 will allow the City of Athens to record and categorize all its data files in accordance withGeneral European Regulation GDPR. This section includes all the actions that will be required to capture and categorize all City of Athens data.

EU3) Formation of security policy.

According to the GDPR General Regulation and in particular Article 30, 40 and 42, the City of Athens is obliged to form a policy of safetyprotection of his data. This section includes all the actions that will be required to identify needs and develop a security policy.

EU4) Operational Compliance with the New European GDPR Regulation

The General Data Protection General Data Protection (GDPR) Requires full compliancethe organization's requirements. This section includes the actions that will be required for the operational compliance of the City of Athens. More specifically, specialized counseling support for training and writing manuals is included.

EU5) Management of the consultant's work.

This section deals with services for the administration and monitoring of implementationproject. includes project planning and reporting, risk management, etc. The contractor should have a clear project management methodology to ensure that the work is carried out efficiently, with the active involvement of all involved entities, to ensure coverage of all requirements and the completion of the project, within the foreseen timetable, • The contractor should designate a project manager with the appropriate experience and experience in the management of complex projects, who will be responsible for the responsibility to design, execute, complete and deliver theThe project manager will have to submit a detailed plan, which will include all stages and sub-tasks required to complete the project within the agreed timetable.

Economic operators involved in the process of concluding this contract are required to engage in a professional activity related to the subject matter of the provision of services, that is to say, professional activity related to the advisory field; dmanagement and / or information security services

Economic operators established in a Member State of the European Union are required to be registered in one of the professional or trade registers held in their State of establishment or to satisfy any other requirement laid down, in Appendix XI of Appendix A to Law 4412/2016.

In the case of financial chargesestablished in a Member State of the European Economic Area (EEA) or in third countries which have acceded to the SSS. or in third countries not covered by the previous case and having concluded bilateral or multilateral agreements with the Union on public procurement procedures, are required to be registered in appropriate professional or commercial registers.economic operators registered in Greece are required to be registered with the Chamber of Craftsmen or the Chamber of Commerce or Industry or an equivalent body or professional association

Economic operators engaged in a professional activity related to the subject of the services to be provided, who are not registered and have no obligation enroll in any of the above, submit an affidavit or extraa declaration stating their type of professional activity and the reasons for non-registration, as provided for in Article 2.2.9.2 (B2) of the present.
