The subject of Public Procurement is the supply of infrastructure, technology and application for the expansion of ERU data centers and the provision of service support for existing and new technologies. Selected The supplier ensures the security of information security in the operation of systems and technology in accordance with Act No. 181/2014 Coll. o cybernetic b(ZKB).

The subject of the public offer is described in detail in the accompanying documentation.

The Contractor fulfills the basic qualification if he fulfills the conditions stated in - 74 of the APA. The Contractor proves that he has fulfilled the basic qualification pursuant to Section 74 of the APIA by submitting the documents mentioned in Section 75 of the Act, ie in relation to the Czech Republic, by submitting: a) a copy of the Criminal Records in relation to - 74 paragraph 1 letter. a) ZZVZ,

b)confirmation of the relevant financial office in relation to - 74, paragraph 1, letter. b) ZZVZ, c) a written declaration in relation to the excise duty in relation to - 74 paragraph 1 of the letter. b) ZZVZ,

d) a written declaration of honor in relation to - 74, par. c) ZZVZ, e) confirmation of the relevant district social security administration in relation to - 74 par. 1 letter. d) ZZVZ,

f) of the listing entry, or filedby a written declaration of honor, in the case that it is not registered in the Commercial Register, in relation to - 74 para. 1 letter. e) ZZVZ.

If the Contractor is a person, he / she must have the condition according to the letter. (a) to comply with this rule by a person and by any member of its statutory body. If a person is a member of the statutory body of the Supplier, the person shall have the condition according to the letter. (a) to comply with this rule;only the statutory body of this legal entity and • a person representing that legal person in the statutory body of the Contractor.

If the contracting branch participates in the opening of a branch, it shall proceed with the demonstration of the basic qualification pursuant to - 74 (3) of the ZZVZ. Supplier within the scope of Section 77 (1) of the ZZVZ by submitting: a) a commercial listing or other(- 77 (1) of the CISA)

The Contractor may make use of the possibility of fulfilling his professional competence pursuant to Section 77 (1) of the HTSA in the manner specified in Section 45 (4) of the HCAA. requirements for qualification in ZD
