This market design, integration, accommodation, operation andmaintenance of semantic and syntactic interoperability tools and associated expertise. It is a matter of equipping the ASIP Sante with tools of the activities carried out by it, as part of its mission. The contract covers the following services:

Main Site: The services take place mainly in the premises of the holder.

The purpose of this contract is to provide design services, integration, hosting, operation and maintenance of semantic and syntactic interoperability tools and associated expertise.

- a letter of application (DC 1 or equivalent print) in which the candidate specifies whether he presents himself alone or in a group. In the case of a momentary grouping of companies, a single letter of application must be submitted which must clearly show theform of the grouping, the members of the grouping, the agent of the grouping, but each member of the grouping must hand over all other documents and information requests,

- a declaration on the honor that the candidate is not the subject of a prohibition on bidding (Article R. 2143-3 of the Public Order Code).

- a declaration concerning the overall turnover and theturnover in the services covered by the contract, carried out over the last 3 years available,

- proof of professional risk insurance in accordance with the provisions of the CCAP article of the Framework Agreement. present lot is in the form of a single-purpose mixed framework agreement. It is concluded without minimum or maximum amount. Offers will be analyzedaccording to the criteria and sub-criteria stated in the business consultation file.
