Operation of core applications (such as ABACUS, KES-AXIOMA and KLIB) for a KESB and professional assistance in a data center (outsourcing). Licenses, maintenance and technical support are provided directly by the manufacturers.

Operation of core applications (like ABACUS, KES-AXIOMA and KLIB) for a KESB and a Berufsbeistain a data center (outsourcing). Licenses, maintenance and technical support are provided directly by the manufacturers.

Operation, support and maintenance of the entire computer system (fullout sourcing) with 42 clients, printers and peripherals, office applications, e-mail (Exchange / IncaMail) including licenses.

Overall responsibility for operation, Delivery, installation and turnkey commissioning-All components with data transfer from existing DC.

Overall responsibility Support of all components (for the half of the clients incl. 1st level support, the other half has own 1st level support).

MS Office / E-Mail support, 2nd level support and System support for all systems and applications.

Migration of all applications to the data center. Replacement of clients, notebooks and printers / MFP and other peripherals in the rental model. Hosting of all applications in a data center.

Partial offers are not permitted.
