Software package and information systems. Demanded robot is medium size with high throughputdifficult terrain and able to descend and climb stairs. An open program interface is necessary as the robot will be used for research of computer algorithms in the area of autonomous robotics and manipulation. The robot must be able to operate in rough terrain and weather, correspondingly deployed in rescue missions in urban and industrial environments, such as collapsed industrial halls or underground railways. Robotickathe manipulator`s hand and the control computer must be a natural part of the robot`s design and must not seriously limit its capabilities. The manipulation possibilities of the robotic hand must, for example, allow the door to be opened autonomously. The properties of the mobile robot with a hand-held handler must comply with the minimum technical requirements specified in Appendix 3 of the Tender Documentation
