The subject of the order is the delivery andassembly of equipment for the cavity processing workshop of the Department of Mechanics and Machine Construction at the Center of Technical Sciences and Modern Technologies divided into the following parts:

Main Site: CNTiNT building at ul. Energetykow 30.

The subject of the order is the delivery and assembly of equipment for the cavity processing workshop of the Department of Mechanics and Machine Design at the Center of Technical Sciences and Modern Technologies in part1 - Compressor (for compressed air network) 1 pc.

The scope of the order includes:

1) delivery, assembly, commissioning of devices in the scope and quantity presented in the detailed description of the subject of the order,

2) conducting an operational test confirming the technical parameters of the devices,

3) conducting on-site job training for Employer`s employeeso to the extent necessary for the proper use of the subject of the order,

4) providing complete documentation of the devices, including the warranty card, certificates, attestations, technical approvals, declarations of conformity, operation and maintenance manual (where required) or equivalent documentation in this respect, arising from the provisions of Directive 2006/42 / EC of the European Parliament and of the Councilof May 17, 2006

Each DTR document or equivalent documentation in this respect should contain a number of information resulting from the abovementioned directives, i.e. characteristics (technical parameters) and registration data, external drawing, list of normal and special equipment, kinematic, electric and pneumatic diagrams, functioning diagrams, operating instructions, operating instructions, maintenance and lubrication instructions, OHS instructions, repair standards, list of spare parts, list of spare parts, list of actually owned equipment, list of attached drawings. certificate for safety mark or certificate of conformity or declaration of conformityb)

With the appropriate standard or technical approval,

2) be suitable for use in accordance with their function and intended use, immediately after their delivery. manufactured not earlier than in 2019 and of the highest quality, and also in accordance with all the requirements of the Employer,

2) unused, they were not also the subject of exhibitions or presentations, they were not previously used by another user - this also applies to all components, equipment, accessories,

3) complete, and for their commissioning and use as intended, it is not necessary to purchase additional elements and accessories,

4) admitted and placed on the market and used in the territory of Rzeczpospolitaof the Republic of Poland in accordance with applicable regulations.

The detailed scope of the order is included in Annex 1 to this ToR. Higher Vocational School in Włocławek "co-financed with EUropean Regional Development Fund under Priority Axis 6. Solidary society and competitive staff, Actions 6.3 Investment in educational infrastructure, Sub-measure 6.3.2 Investments in vocational education infrastructure of the Regional Operational Program of the Kuyavian-Pomeranian Voivodship for 2014-2020.

The Employer sets no condition in this regard.

The Purchaser does not betcondition in this respect.

1. The Contractor is obliged to submit a deposit before the submission deadline in the amount of: for lot 1: PLN 100.00; for lot 2: PLN 2, 800.00; for lot 3: PLN 1, 300.00; for lot 4: PLN 450.00; for lot 5: PLN 900.00; for lot 6: PLN 1750.00; for lot 7: PLN 1, 200.00; for lot 8: PLN 1, 400.00; for lot 9: PLN 1, 300.00; for lot 10: PLN 3000.00; for lot 11: PLN 3600.00; for lot 12: PLN 3600.00; for lot 13: PLN 3400.00.

If more than one part of the order is offered, the bid amount should be added up.

2. The bid bond may be lodged in the following forms:

1) money;

2) bank guarantees, or guarantees of the cooperative savings and credit union, provided that guaranteeing the cash register is always a monetary guarantee;

3) bank guarantees;

4) guaranteesinsurance operations;

5) sureties granted by entities referred to in art. 6b paragraph 5 point 2 of the Act

of November 9, 2000 on the establishment of the Polish Agency for Enterprise Development (Journal of Laws of 2018, item 110, as amended).

3. The bid bond in the form of money should be made by transfer to the bank account of the Employer at Bank Ochrony Środowiska O / Włocławek with the number: 49 1540 1069 2106 87206079 0015, with a note on the transfer: Deposit in proceedings G.202.3.2020 for the supply and assembly of equipment for the machining workshop of the Department of Mechanics and Machine Design at the Center of Technical Sciences and Modern Technologies Part .... (indicate part number).

4 . Successful payment of a deposit in cash takes place upon crediting the funds on the Purchaser`s bank account, referred to in point3, before the submission deadline (i.e. before the day and time set as the final submission deadline).

5. The Employer recommends that in the event of a tender deposit in cash, a document confirming the transfer of the tender security should be attached to the offer.

6. If a bid security is lodged in a form other than money, the bid bond document should be sent using fundso in electronic communication in the form of the original bid bond document, i.e. with a qualified electronic signature of persons authorized to issue it by the guarantor.

7. From the content of the guarantee, the surety must clearly show what is the manner of representing the Guarantor, Guarantor. The guarantee must be signed by an authorized representative.

8. From the content of the dialectof the guarantee, surety should result unequivocally guaranteeing the payment of the amount of the bid bond in an irrevocable, unconditional manner and on the first written request submitted by the Employer within the period of being bound by the offer, in the circumstances specified in art. 46 section 4a and 5 of the PPL Act

9. The offer of the contractor who will not pay the bid security or will pay the bid security incorrectly will be rejected.

10. Circumstance and principlethe return of the bid bond, its forfeiture is specified by the Act Pzp.

11. The bid bond paid in cash will be returned by the Employer to the bank account from which it was paid.
