Container emptying solution

The project is part of a process to improve the working conditions of the operators during the emptying of the containers.

The project is part of a process of improvement of the Operators' working conditions during the container emptying operation.

The container emptying operation covers several operations.basic:

- transfer of packages from the container to a conveyor leading to the sorting solution,

- segregation of non-machinable packages (non-convoyable and / or non-sortable) due to

their size or weight, for their treatment in construction NM,

- segregation of parcels abimes, for their treatment in yard refection,

- stabilization packages unstable but mechanized, for perto put their treatment in

main yard.

The objective of the project is to offer a solution for assistance and / or automation of the manual emptying operations of the containers.

The consultation integrates a phase of preliminary field experimentation final selection.

New parcel processing facilities (PFCs) currently require between 2 and 8 emptying solutionsof containers, for a conversion performance of 1, 200 o / h per solution.

There will be, ultimately, 18 main facilities to equip, for a total number of equipment that will depend on the performance of the proposed solutions. will submit, on the Provigis platform (https://www.provigis.com/), the documents indicated below:

- a certificate attesting to the legality of his situation with regard to the obligation to employ5) Where applicable, the list of the foreign employees employed by the candidate and subject to the work permit mentioned in Article L. 5221-2 of the Labor Code, specifying for each employee, in accordance with Article D. 8254-2 of the Labor Code, its date of hiring, its nationality and the type and serial number of the title ofe work. The financial sustainability will be evaluated on the basis of the above information.
