Framework agreement for the acquisition, modernization and maintenance of fuel distribution. - Reference number: MIVB - STIB Procurement & Logistics-AL4253 / RD / SO-F05_0

The contract aims at the conclusion of a framework agreement for 'acquisition, modernization, renovation and preventive and corrective maintenance of infrastructure and fuel distribution lines for the supply ofFuel and ad-Blue STIB buses.

Main Site: Brussels Capital Region and neighboring municipalities.

Including the purchase, installation and maintenance of - 3 storage tanks of 50 000 liters each and modernization, renovation and the preventive and corrective maintenance of existing facilities on - 5 sites.

The candidate can not be in one of the situationsArticles 67 to 69 of the law of 17.6.2016:

To complete the DUME:

The DUME must be signed. In principle, only one completed DUME is sufficient.

One or more unique European market documents, completed by the companies concerned, must however be introduced if you want to submit your application jointly with anothere person for the present march within the framework of an association, in case of recourse to the capacity of other entities and in the case of designated subcontractors. If you make use of the capacity of other entities and in the case of designated subcontractors, it is sufficient to complete the following parts:

Economic and financial capacity will be checked on the basis of the data. (turnover, balance sheets and profit and loss accounts).

The candidate will transmit to the STIB his turnover achieved during the coursethe last 3 years concerned by the notice of operation (to be completed in the DUME Part IV: Selection Criteria point B).

A candidate may, where appropriate, assert the capabilities of other entities, whatever the nature legal relationship between him and those entities. In that case, he must prove to the contracting authority that, for the performance of the contract, he will have the means toby the production of the commitment of these entities to put such means at the disposal of the supplier.

In this case, the candidate will submit a written declaration of these entities in which they explicitly accept the joint liability with mention of the market concerned.

These entities must guarantee all the commitments made by the candidate andundertake to collaborate fully and put all the necessary means at the disposal of STIB within the framework of this contract.

1. Introductory form e-procurement.

2. Over theresubmission of their application, the candidates accept without reserve the contents of the advice of march, accompanying documents and agree to be bound by the provisions of these. This entity will have to guarantee, in a separate Single European Market Document, all the commitments made by the candidate and will undertake to bring its full cooperation and put all the necessary resources at the disposal of the STIB within the framework of the present march. Under the same conditions, an association of candidateshad recourse to the capacity of participants in the association and other entities;

5. As part of the regulation concerning the GDPR, the candidate remains himself responsible for requesting the necessary permissions from his clients or other concerned third parties in order to be able to use the personal data requested in the context of the present procedure.
