The aim of the project is the automated production of kitchen work desks made of stone, sintered stone, sintered ceramics and the like.

The exact specification of the equipment to be procured and its technical parameters is defined in Annex no. 1 of the tender documents - Description of the subject matter of the order.

Requirement of fulfillment of the terms and conditions of personal status according to - 32 par. (1) of Act No. 343/2015 Coll. on Public Procurement and on Amendments to Certain Laws as amended(hereinafter referred to as "the law"). The applicant demonstrates the fulfillment of the conditions for participation in the public procurement pursuant to - 32 par. (2) of the Act. The Applicant may provisionally replace the documents proving the fulfillment of the conditions of the PART ONE pursuant to Section 39 of the Act. In the case of a tenderer who makes a group of contractors involved in a public procurement, proof of compliance with the terms of the person's personal statusfor each member of the group separately. The repair of the supply of the goods, the construction works or the provision of the service shall be demonstrated by a member of the group only in relation to that part of the subject of the contract or concession to be provided. If the applicant or occupier has a place of business or usually resides outside the territory of the Slovak Republic and the statutes of his place of business or place of business or habitual residence, referred to in point 1.2. or does not issue any equivalent documents, it may be replaced by a declaration of honor in accordance with the regulations in force in the statute of his guardian, place of business or usual residence. If the right of claimant's status or occupation with a seat, place of business or habitual residence outside the territory of the Slovak Republic does not regulate an institute of honorary affirmation, it may be replaced by a declaration made beforehouse, administrative body, notary, other professional institution or business institution according to the rules in force in the state of establishment, place of business or usual residence of the applicant or occupier. It is required to produce original or certified copies of all documents listed under this point of notification.

Applicant shall submit a document pursuant to - 33 par. (1) letter. a) the law. In the case of an applicantuse the financial resources of another person to prove financial and economic status, regardless of their legal relationship at the time the offer is made, the tenderer must demonstrate to the contracting authority that in the performance of the contract he will actually use the resources of that person whose position is useful in proving the financial and economic standing

This fact will be forged by the applicant by the contractwith that person, containing a person's occupation whose resources are intended to prove his financial and economic standing that that person will provide the performance during the entire duration of the contractual relationship. The person whose resources are to be used to prove the financial and economic status must demonstrate the fulfillment of the terms and conditions under - 32 par. 1 with the exception of - 32 par. 1 letter. e) and I do not have to exist for this persondy for exclusion pursuant to - 40 par. 6 sheets.
