CPV code: 38636110, 38636110
CPV Description: Delivery and assembly of a modern laser cutter for pipes and profiles

Industrial lasers.

1. The subject of the proceedings is the delivery and assembly of a CNC controlled laser cutter. The machine should be energy-saving and material-saving. The scope of the procedure includes the delivery of a complete machine in accordance with the following requirements, ready for operation at the Employer's place of work, including the cooling systemthe machine and the resonator, smoke and fine particles emerging during the cutting process.

2. The detailed description of the order is:

1) The construction and design of the machine should ensure high efficiency and the highest quality of processing:

a) speeds for the main machine axes:

- longitudinal travel of the workpiece (infeed) min. 150 m / min,

- longitudinal travel of the workpiece (return) min. 100 m / min,

- axes of cutting head min. 50 m / min,

- rotational axis min 700 degrees / second.

B) accuracy of the machine:

- the smallest programmable step not more than 0.05 mm / 0.005,

- uchyb positioning no more than / - 0.2 mm / 0.015 on the length of 1m,

- average positioning deviation - not more than / - 0.06 mm / 0.005 on the length of 1 m.

2) Automatic loading system for pipes and profileand rectangular and square lengths from 3000 to 6500 mm. The loading system must be equipped with a beam bin with a load capacity of at least 3000 kg and be protected with light barriers.

3) The maximum pipe replacement time is 20 seconds

4) The finished parts take-off station is to ensure the receipt of details up to 4500 mm long with at least four cup-bearing support rollers or a solution-

5) Range of round tubes to be machined at automatic loading (external diameter):

a) minimum diameter not greater than 25 mm,

b) maximum diameter not less than 150 mm.

6) Range of rectangular workpieces to be machined with automatic loading:

a) minimum edge length for square and rectangular profiles 25 mm,

b) maximum edge length for square profiles140 mm,

c) maximum external diameter not less than 160 mm.

7) The scope of the tubes and profiles defined above should be available without the need to convert the rotary-sliding station and the station.

8) Maximum weight of raw material and finished part at least 20 kg / m.

9) The machine should have a construction enabling easy access to the machinewhich ensures a quick and ergonomic loading and unloading of the raw material. Raw materials must also be able to be easily loaded from the unloading side without additional steps to facilitate this access.

10) Important machine components: machine frame, laser source, cutting head and external software must be manufactured by one manufacturer so thatensure factory adjustment of key components of the machine and full serviceability of the device by one factory service.

11) The machine should be equipped with a solid state laser disk with a minimum power of 3000W characterized by the following properties:

a) the concept of building the source should provide resistance to damage to the source caused by the radius reflected from the material being removed(b) the laser source must be equipped with a diagnostic module that provides an effective remote diagnosis via the Internet.

12) Machine control should be modern on the PC platform, compatible with the Windows system possessed by the Employer and be equipped with a readable touch screen, RJ45 connector and USB port. Machine control must be inin the Polish language. Machine control should be equipped with a teleservice function for remote servicing of the machine and laser source, including diagnosing and removing the causes of failure via the Internet.

13) Modern external 3D software in Polish with technical support implemented in Polish by the factory service

14) The cutter should provide the possibility of rotatingbaskets below mentioned materials in defined thicknesses and technologies of laser cutting and have complete, factory technological parameters for cutting the following items:

a) structural steel, oxygen cutting to at least 8 mm,

b) structural steel, nitrogen cutting to at least 5 mm,

c) stainless steel, nitrogen cutting to at least 5 mm,

d) aluminum, nitrogen cutting to central heatingat least 6 mm.

15) The head should be equipped with an electromagnetic anti-collision system, which in the case of contact between the head and the obstacle will cause the head to release from its working position and after eliminating the obstacle the head will quickly re-mount in the working position by the magnetic coupling and process the processing will be able to be continued without the need to replace the head in the head-mechanical fuses.

16) The machine must be equipped with sensors in the working and unloading space to prevent the occurrence of collisions. The machine should also be able to automatically reject an uncut detail when recognizing a fault. In the event of an error, the machine should stop.

17) The machine must be equipped with a container and a waste conveyor belt

18) The machine must be equipped with the following technological systems: a) optical sensor system to recognize visible pipe welds outside,

b) control system of the piercing process providing real-time piercing as well as minimizes material ejection during piercing,

c) automatic system, programmed focal length adjustment,

d) cutting system at an angle of 45 degrees

19) RequirementsAn electrical connection for the entire machine, including the cooling unit, exhaust and loading system max. 35 kVA.

20) Possible compact, compact machine construction so that the need for the necessary space was as small as possible and dimensions of the machine do not exceed the following dimensions:

a) length not more than 16 m,

b) width not more than 8 m.

21) The machine should be safe fora) the machine must be equipped with a pneumatic handle with cone rollers or a equivalent solution that ensures accurate centering and guiding of the workpiece

23) The machine must be equipped with a sliding spindle holder Through the manual loading from the loading side, the machine must allowprocessing of elements with an outside diameter of at least 15 mm and initial length of the raw material up to 7 m

25) Additional information:

- the procedure includes the delivery, installation and commissioning of the machine,

- the procedure includes training of employees operating the device,

- the proceeding includes the cost transport to the registered office of the Ordering Party. Payment for the subject matter of the order takes placeand in three parts:

a) within 14 days after signing the contract, the first advance payment of 10% of the contract value will be transferred to the Contractor's account,

b) within 14 days after positive receipt of the machine from the Contractor (before the Employer receives the machine) in order to deliver to its registered office), a second advance payment of 80% of the value contained will be transferred to the Contractor's accountj of the contract,

c) within 14 days from the date of commissioning the machine at the registered office of the Ordering Party and signing a faultless acceptance protocol, a final payment of 10% of the value of the concluded contract will be transferred to the Contractor's account.
