The contracting entity will acquire hydrants whose technical characteristics are mentioned in the specification. These will be used by the Somes Water Company S.A. in the water supply network in the company's management.

The contracting entity will acquire a hydrantand whose technical characteristics are mentioned in the specification. These will be used by the Somes Water Company S.A. in the water supply network in the company's management.

The bidders, the third parties and the subcontractors of the bidder (if they are known at the moment of submitting the offer) must not find themselves in the situations stipulated in art. 72, 177, 178 and180 of Law no. 99 / 2016.

The manner in which the fulfillment of the requirement can be demonstrated: It will be completed by the economic operators participating in the award procedure with information related to their situation. The DUAE will be submitted, as the case may be, also by the supporting and subcontracting third party.

The following documents will be filed together with the DUAE: the firm's firm commitment of the third party supporter(Form No. 7), the subcontracting agreement (form 6), if the subcontractors are known at the time of submission of the tender and / or the association agreement (form 2), after the submission of the tender and / or the association agreement (form 2) case.

Declaration of non-compliance in prev. 72 of Law 99/2016 will be presented with DUAE by the bidders, third parties and subcontractorsif they are known at the moment of submitting the offer, according to the form no. 3.

The supporting documents proving the fulfillment of the assumed by completing the DUAE are to be loaded in SEAP, at the request of the contracting entity, only by the tenderer ranked first, after applying the award criterion to the admissible tenders.i:

Requests for clarifications to the awarding documentation will be addressed exclusively in SEAP in the "Questions" section of the participation announcement, and the answers will be publishedin SEAP both in the "Questions" section and in the "Clarifications, Notifications and Decisions" section of the tender notice. Any economic operator has the right to request clarification or additional information regarding the awarding documentation, in compliance with the deadline set out in the contract notice, respectively 15 days before the deadline for submitting the tendertheir. The contracting authority will only respond to the clarification requests addressed by the economic operator up to this deadline. The contracting authority's response to these requests will be submitted at least 10 days before the closing date for submission of tenders.
