Temporary housing primary school St. Jan Baptist

Municipality of Veldhoven is now looking for a supplier for delivery, installation (including interconnection and wind and watertight finishing) and ready to use the temporary housing for the primary school St. Jan Baptist including the childcare facilities. Grunwork, construction of sewerage and foundation are also part of the assignment. Connection to the utilities (possibly gas, water, electricity, data) are provided by the client. We are looking for sustainable and modular housing based on new and / or used units, or a combination thereof, which are suitable for a minimum period of ten years. Partof the assignment is the return of the housing.

Municipality of Veldhoven is now looking for a supplier for the delivery, installation (including interconnection and wind- and watertight finishing) and the ready delivery of the temporary housing for the primary school St. Jan Baptist including the childcare facilities. Groundwork, construction of sewerage and foundationalso belong to the assignment. Connection to the utilities (possibly gas, water, electricity, data) are provided by the client. We are looking for sustainable and modular housing based on new and / or used units, or a combination thereof, which are suitable for a minimum period of ten years. Part of the assignment is the return of de housing and `clean delivery of the location` after this period of use. Taking care of the disconnection of the installations, disassembly and preparation for transport of the units are for the account of the contractor. The client will pay for the costs of loading and transporting the units.

All grounds for exclusion included in Article 2.86 of the Procurement Act 2012and the optional grounds for exclusion ticked in the self-declaration (Uniform European Tender Document) as included in Article 2.87 of the Tendering Act 2012 apply. As proof that a tenderer is not in one of the aforementioned circumstances, he must complete and, if necessary, sign the self-declaration (Uniform European Tender Document).
