Service of treatment of the organic fraction of the waste coming from the separate collection

Provisional guarantee, as defined by the art. 93 of Legislative Decree no. 50/2016, equal to 2% of the basic price of the contract, namely an amount equal toEUR 5 200.00, subject to the provisions of art. 93, c. 7, of Legislative Decree no. 50 / 2016.

The following persons may participate in this tender procedure:

1) holders of one or more authorizations for the management of composting plants for biodegradable urban waste (Code ER 200108, Operation R3 of the Annex C. in Part IV of Legislative Decree No. 152/2006) for a total authorized capacity of at least 10-000 t / year.

The competitors, moreover, undertake to indicate a replacement system (c.d.).
