2.2.8.2) Evidence

A) The right of economic operators to participateand the terms and conditions for their participation as defined in paragraphs 2.2.1) to 2.2.7) shall be considered when submitting the tender, upon submission of the supporting documents and at the conclusion of the contract, in the cases referred to in Article 105 3 c of Law 4412/2016.

Economic operators are not required to submit supporting documents, if the contracting authority that has awarded the contract already has these documents and these remain valid.
