The Crescendo professionalization course aims to build a managerial culture commune and support the business project.

Are targeted in this course, all managers of GRDF, from all directions and from all regions.

This residential course is composed of two-day modules alternating work sessions in plenary, half -groups, workshops, outdoors.

Over a year, Crescendo represents around 35 sessions, each bringing together around 18 participants.

It`s equalThis is also an opportunity to recognize and thank managers for their involvement in the success of the transformations underway and to come.

The location must facilitate the achievement of these objectives.
