CPV Description: An electronic, public international tender, with an open procedure, with sealed bids and award criteria, the most economically advantageous tender, based on price, for the selection of a contractor, for the provision of room booking services in foreign hotels and booking of air tickets, for the relocation of students from the National School of Public Administration and Α(ESDDA) and executives of the National Center for Public Administration and Local Government (EKDDA), in the framework of a training visit of the Educational Series.

Hotel services. The National Center for Public Administration and Local Government (EKDDΑ) wishes to conclude a contract in order to cover the needs of the provision of the services of a detention centerin foreign hotels and booking of air tickets, for the transfer of students from the National School of Public Administration and Self-Government (National School of Public Administration and Self-Government) and from the staff of the National Center for Public Administration and Local Government (EKD) .A.), for the implementation of educational activities of the Educational Series of the NSSC., in foreign cities.

The Letter of Guarantee pparticipation is calculated at 2% of the estimated value of the contract excluding VAT, with the appropriate rounding. In particular: - - the amount of the Letter of Guarantee for participation in Section 1 is EUR 1 747, 69, - - the amount of the Letter of Guarantee for participation in Section 2 is EUR 1 419, 00.- This contract is financed by the European Union - European Social Fund (ESF)-and from national resources, through the Public Investment Program, project number 2015SE41510000, of the Act entitled:.

Economic operators involved in the process of concluding this contract are required to engage in a professional activity related to the subject of the services to be provided. In particular, it is required for the two departments:

(a) economic operators, which areestablished in a Member State of the European Union are required to be registered in one of the professional or trade registers kept in their Member State of establishment as described in Annex XI of Appendix A of Law 4412/2016. entities established in a Member State of the European Economic Area (EEA) or in third countriesjoin the SDS or in third countries not covered by the previous case and having concluded bilateral or multilateral agreements with the Union on public procurement procedures, are required to be registered in the relevant professional or commercial registers ..
