Framework Agreement for Conference Services with and without Accommodation

Ringerike kommune [Ringerike Municipality], hereafter called the contracting authority, extends an invitation to participate in an open tender competition in connection with the procurement of a framework agreement for conference services with and without accommodation.

Main Site : Ringerike Municipality.

The contracting authority intends to sign a contract with:

— up to 10 suppliers:

Category 1: who can offer conferences with accommodation, day package conferences and half-day package conferences, within the Ringerike region.

Category 2: who can offer conferences with accommodation, day package conferences and half-day package conferences, outside of the Ringerike region (see the list of desired locations outside of the Ringerike region in point 1.3).

— up to 3 suppliers:

Category 3: who can offer day package conferences and half-day package conferences to a minimum of 200 persons, within the Ringerike region. Suppliers with the possibility of accommodation cannot submit tenders in this category.

The framework agreement has an estimated value of 6 000 000 NOK — 8 000 000 NOK per year excluding VAT.

The contracts are planned to commence 1.12.2019 and will run until 1.12.2021 with an option to extend for 2 years (1+1).
