Purchase of boilers, hydrophores, boilers and additional equipment necessary for the modernization of the energy technology system. SRTv Bucharest, Calea Dorobantilor nr. 191, sector 1.

Purchase of boilers, hydrophores, boilers and eadditional supplies necessary for the modernization of the energy technology system, according to the Tender Specifications attached to the SICAP.

The bidders, the supporting third parties and the subcontractors must not find themselves in the situations stipulated in art. 164, 165, 167 of Law 98/2016. The DUAE will be filled in by the economic operators participating in the award procedure, with the information related to their situation. accorm art. 63 par. (1) of Law 98/2016, the decision-makers within the contracting authority are: - - Doina Gradea - President of the General Manager, - - Cristian Văileanu - Central Studio Coordinator, - Liliana Sermina Poteca - Horia Cazan - Coordinator of the Administrative Technical Department,

- Gheorghe Peres - Central Studio Director,

- Marian Anghel - Central Studio Directorate,

- Dragos Niculescu - Central Studio Department,

- Veronica Catargiu - Acquisition Service,

- Marioara Dudu - Purchasing Service Coordinator.

In order to verify the information contained in the DUAE, 196 of the Law no. 98/2016, the contracting authority has the right to request and the tenderer has the obligation to submit supporting documentsbears the fulfillment of the assumed obligations by completing the DUAE, such as: - a criminal record for the tenderer and for persons who are members of the administrative, management or supervisory body of that tenderer or have the power of representation, decision or control within the as it results from the certifying certificate issued by the ONRC / constitutive act,

- certificate cons(certificates of fiscal attestation regarding the payment of taxes, taxes or contributions to the consolidated general budget, etc.); - documents demonstrating that the economic operator may benefit from the derogations provided for in art. 166 par. (2), art. 167 par. (2), art. 171 of Law no. 98/2016 (if applicable). For foreign bidders, any document deemed to be edifying in the country of origin or in the country in which it is established, such as self-declaration, certificates, criminal records or other equivalent documents issued by the competent authorities of that country, accompanied by translation authorized in Romanian. The bidders, third parties and subcontractors vsubmit a declaration on non-compliance with the situations provided in art. 60 of Law 98/2016. The non-compliance declaration will be submitted with the DUAE.

The supporting documents demonstrating the fulfillment of the assumed completion by the DUAE are to be submitted only by the bidder placed on the 1st place in the intermediate rankings completed at the evaluation of the bids.-to prove a form of registration under the law of the country of residence, from which it appears that it is legally constituted, that it is in operation and that it has the capacity to carry out the activities that are the object of the contract. It will be completed by the economic operators participating in the award procedure, with the information related to their situation, according to art. 193 195 of Law 98/2016. DThe UAE will be filled by bidders, third-party supporters and subcontractors, with information related to their situation. In order to verify the information contained in the DUAE, according to art. 196 of the Law no. 98/2016, the contracting authority has the right to request and the tenderer has the obligation to submit supporting documents proving the fulfillment of the assumed ones by completing the DUAE, such asbe:

- for the Romanian economic operator: certificate issued by the Trade Registry Office of the competent territorial court. The certificate of incorporation / extract must show:

(a) the subject of the bidder's activity; the subject of the contract must have a correspondent in CAEN from the certifying certificate issued by ONRC,

(b) tenderer's statusi,

(c) the persons who represent the bidder in relation to third parties.

1) Tenders will be opened in SEAP. Tenderers' representatives may not be present at the opening of the contract; 2) The contracting authority has the obligation to request the tenderers, in exceptional circumstances requiring such an extension, before the expiry of the periodthe validity of the offer, its prolongation. In case of extending the validity of the offer, the participation guarantee will be prolonged accordingly. The tenderer has the obligation to communicate to the contracting authority whether or not it agrees with the extension of the offer validity. 1) The ranking of the offers is as follows: for the lot1: by the increasing ordering of the total scores obtained, the winning offer being the first one, respectively the one with the highest score; for lots 2 and 3, the ranking of the offers is established by increasing the total prices offered in RON, excluding VAT, the winning bid being the first place and the lowest price, respectively 2) If, in the-following the unfolding of the electronic auction stage, the total prices offered in RON, excluding VAT, of the first ranked tenders are equal, the contracting authority will ask the bidders who offered the lowest total price to submit to SEAP a new financial proposal, in which case the contract will be awarded to the bidder whose new financial proposal has the lowest total pricein RON, without VAT; 5) For viewing the awarding documentation uploaded in SEAP, economic operators must have a required program to view the electronically signed files.
