The Contracting Authority does not impose requirements on the eligibility of the participants for exercising professional activity

The Contracting Authority does not impose requirements on the economic and financial standing of the participants

The guarantee for performance of the contract amounts to 8, 500 (eight thousand five hundred) BGN, determined on the basis of the actual costs incurred in the year before12 months for this activity and with a term of validity of 24 months from the date of signing of the contract.

The guarantee is provided in one of the following forms at the option of the participant:

- cash amount imported into the cashier or in the account of "SBALAG" Matern Dom EAD,

- Bank Guarantee in favor of "Matern Dom EAD",

- insurance policy for insurance, which ensures the performance through coverage ofthe contractor's liability provider
