Green maintenance contract 2020 to 2023

The LANUV NRW operates levels as part of its statutory duties at surface water and precipitation stations in NRW. To the quality of the water-related DTo ensure data, green maintenance work must be carried out at the gauges and precipitation stations, and landings and weeds removed at some gauges. A contract for these services will be tendered across Europe by the end of 2023.

Lot 1a includes the drying work at the stations Goch, Kapellen, Kranenburg, Marienbaum, Veert and Weeze (see performanceDescription and lot 01 Goch representation).

a) Answering a catalog of company questions also for entry in the professional and commercial register in accordance with the laws of the country, the Community or the contracting state of the EEA Agreement in which it is resident and for membership in a professional association,

b) Self-declaration reasons for exclusion (form 521_EU), possibly also from the other members of the grouping and all subcontractors,

c) if applicable: declaration of grouping (form 531_EU),

d) if applicable: declaration of subcontracting / suitability loan (form 532__EU / form 533_EU).

Answering a company questionnaire :

a) also for registration in professional liability insurance,

b) also for the declaration of the total amountrecords of the company were made in the last 3 consecutive business years, possibly also for all subcontractors / all members of a bidding consortium.
