The purpose of the consultation is to maintain the green spaces and the arboreal heritage of the ministerial pole sites of Saint-Germain, La Defense and Nanterre and providee and the delivery of plantations and horticultural and phytosanitary products as well as the rental and maintenance of floral decoration for the central administration of the Ministry of Ecological and Solidary Transition (MTES) and the Ministry of the Cohesion of Territories and relations with local authorities (MCTRCT)

Main Site: Paris; Defense; Nanterre.

Maintenance of thgreen spaces and tree heritage sites of the ministerial pole of Saint-Germain, Defense and Nanterre for the central administration and the supply and delivery of plantations and horticultural and phytosanitary products.

Do not enter one exclusion cases provided for in articles L. 2141-1 to L. 2141-5 of the public procurement code. The candidate can commit to his situation either by means of a DC1 form or by filling in the ESPD.

A declaration concerning the general annual turnover and the turnover concerning market services, made during the last 3 financial years available. Economic operators of recent creation, when they are not able to declare their turnover over 3 consecutive years, sometimest prove their economic and financial capacity by means of statements from banks or proof of professional risk insurance.

The visit of the premises before the submission of the offer is compulsory for lot n 1. The practical details are specified in the consultation rules.
