Operational upgrading of irrigated and non-irrigated greenery areas of the Municipality of Kieller, for 2 years.

The object of the contract is to achieve a comprehensive approach to all those issues related to the aesthetic and safe appearance of the Kieller Green areas so that they fully meet the purpose for which they were constructed. By assignment, athe landlord will assume the sole responsibility for carrying out the works in the areas of the Municipality described in study no. It is envisaged:

Works on the upgrading of part of the green areas, irrigated and non-irrigated (islets, nodes, playgrounds, parks, etc.)mansions, flower beds, trees, cemeteries, pedestrian streets, and other public and municipal backyards, events, promenades and recreation areas) of the Municipality of Kieler. a comprehensive approach to all those issues related to the aesthetic and safe image of the green areas of Kielso that they fully meet the purpose for which they were constructed.

With the assignment, the contractor shall assume sole responsibility for the performance of the works described in the technical specification so as to achieve their landscaping and aesthetic upgrading.

It is foreseen:

- to keep the greenery already installed in good condition. The work is mainly aboutmowing and watering,

- irrigation of plants, lawns of green areas,

- cutting, deforestation and clearing of grassland with necessary machinery,

- irrigation of irrigated land,

- irrigation control and maintenance,

- reforestation -

- tree clearing



The contractor is obliged to inform the deputy mayor of each Municipal Unit, if anytipping, damage, third party intervention, signage, etc.

Economic operators involved in the process of entering into this contract are required to carry out a professional activity related to the subject of the services to be provided, as described in the technical study. entities established in a Member State of the European Union are required to be registereddefaced in one of the professional registers, kept in their state of establishment or satisfying any other requirement set forth in Annex XI to Appendix A to Law 4412/2016. Where economic operators are required to be specially approved or to be members of a specific organization in order to be able to provide the relevant service in their country of origin, the contracting authority maymay ask them to prove that they have such approval or that they are members of that organization or to invite them to make an affidavit before a notary public about the pursuit of that profession.

In the case of economic operators established in a Member State of his European Economic Area (EEA) or third countries that have acceded to the SDS. or in third placesNon-former and bilateral or multilateral agreements with the Union on public procurement procedures are required to be registered in the relevant professional registers.

Economic operators established in GREECE must be registered with the relevant professional Registry, if required by the current legislationseam, for the service entrusted.
