Subject of the public procurement is maintenance of parks, green areas and landscaping on the territory of Dimitrovgrad Municipality". The main activities and volumes involved in the procurement are:

Main Site: Regulatory Boundaries and Urban AreasThe main activities and volumes included in the scope of the contract are: - The ongoing maintenance of the parks and the green areas on the territory of the Municipality of Dimitrovgrad. Municipality of Dimitrovgrad (mowing of grassing areas, watering, grading, cleaning, fertilizing, sweeping and trenching alleys, (cultivation, watering, mowing, cleaning of garden bins) with approximate area as follows: 802, 5 dca lawns and 195, 5 acca alleys and sites, - Growing of ornamental vegetation (chopping, watering, weeding, pruning, crowning, coloring) with approximate area as follows: 30, 75 decares decorative shrubs, 11, 650 m hedges, 2, 150 sq. m. colorful figures for summer and autumnof replacement, 4 035 pcs. roses on a total area of 6 300 m2

In the present procurement procedure, the contracting authority does not provide for eligibility requirements for the exercise of a professional activity towards the participants. The participant should have realizedthe turnover in the scope of the contract, calculated on the basis of the annual turnover, in the last 3 (three) completed financial years, depending on the date on which the activity was created or started, amounting to BGN 2 200 000 excluding VAT .

Minimum turnover in the scope covered by the order, calculated on the basis of annual turnover, is a turnover realized on a completedactivities that are identical to or similar to the subject of the public procurement.

Under activities identical to or similar to the subject of this public procurement is the implementation of activities for maintenance of parks, green areas and landscaping.

For a participant - a foreign person, the turnover is calculated at the BNB official exchange rate for the respective currency in BGN at the date of submission of the bid.is: At the submission of the tender, the participant declares conformity with the required requirement by filling in Part IV, Section B, item 2a) of the EEDOP. 67, para. 5 of the PPA, the contracting authority may require documents proving the information declared in EEDOP: a statement of the turnover in the sphere covered by the contract and / or the annual financial report or its components when the publicationtheir acquisition is required. Under the terms of Art. 67, para. 6 of the Public Procurement Act, prior to the conclusion of the contract, the designated contractor shall submit the documents referred to in the previous sentence (if they have not been submitted under the terms of Article 67 (5) of the Public Procurement Act)

In the case of unions which are not legal entities, the selection criterion is demonstrated by the participating entity as a whole. Continued from field III.1.3 A)3. The participant should have staff with a specific professional competence for the execution of the contract as follows: - - Team leader, with higher economic and / or technical education, - Landscape expert, master degree, with specialty landscape architect or engineer - landscaper or equivalent specialty (if the education is acquired in a statea - ecologist, with an educational degree - master or bachelor, ecology or equivalent, - a quality assistant with higher economic and / or technical education, - executive staff ( drivers and workers) - at least 20 pieces.

Demonstration: At the time of submitting the tender, the participant declares compliance with the required requirement by filling inPart IV, Section C, item 6 of the EEDOP.

In the cases of Art. 67, para. 5 and para. 6 of the PPL, the compliance with the selected selection criterion is evidenced by the presentation of a list of the personnel who will execute the order and / or the members of the managerial staff who will be responsible for the implementation, which specifies the professional competence of the persons. In the case of unions, which are not legal entities, cothe winner of the selection criterion is demonstrated by the participating team as a whole.
