BIOCENTER AND BIOCORIDATORS BASED ON K.U. ŠUMICE

The object of the public order is the implementation of the USES elements in the cadastral area of Šumice. Professional competence according to - 77 paragraph 1 of the Act

The supplier under - 77 paragraph 1 of the Act proves the fulfillment of the professional qualification in relation to the Czech Republic by submitting a commercial listing listing or the like, if another law prescribes itœ Professional qualification according to - 77, paragraph 2, p. (a) the law of the Contracting Authority in accordance with Article 77 (2) of the Code. By the act of entrepreneurship for this public procurement is considered to be authorized for business under the Act No. 455/1991 Coll., on Trade Licensing - Professional competence according to - 77, par. 2, letter. (c) the law of the Contracting Authority in accordance with Article 77 (2) of the Decree. c) zakona requires the contractor to furnish proof that he is professionally responsible or has a person who is competent to provide it.

The Contracting Authority requests that the contractor submit:

For the implementation of this public procurement, the contracting authority requires proof of professional competence by submitting the required documents in plain copy: Official correction for the verification of the results of surveying activitiespursuant to Act No. 200/1994 Coll., on Surveying, and on Amendments to Some Laws Related to its Implementation, as amended (hereinafter referred to as the "Surveillance Act"), in the extent of: - 1 - 13 par. (2) Article 13 (1) (c) of the Surveying Act.

The Contractor shall be entitled to submit other documents for the above mentioned professional qualifications, from which he shall be liablethat the person concerned is entitled to perform the above-specified activity in the Czech Republic, if the special legal regulation so permits.

Proofs of proof of professional competence may be replaced by a list of qualified suppliers. The record must not be older than 3 months as of the date of proof of professional competence.

The supplier shall prove his economic qualification by submitting the annual turnover tothe supplier in respect of the subject of the public procurement for the last three immediately preceding academic years. If the supplier came into being later, he or she will be able to provide the turnover data in the required amount for all accounting periods from the date of its establishment.
